Can StitchyDays embroider/print customer supplied items?We are happy to embroider onto garments provided by the customer.
However, unless a sample can be provided for testing, we can not guarantee the suitability of the garment for accepting the design. To Top 2. Can I have a sample of the embroidery before proceeding with an order?Before proceeding with an order, we can provide a sample of the final embroidery. This can either be a photograph of the design by email or the stitchout on sample material.
To Top 3. Can the design be altered after the sample has been produced?Until the design has been approved by the customer, it can be altered as required.
To Top 4. Do I have to pay digitizing charges on each order?Once the design has been created, we store it on file and can use it for any future orders.
Any minor changes to a design are free of charge, this includes resizing and colour alterations. To Top 5. How many colours can a design have?To Top6. Can you match pantone colours?We use Isacord threads with a choice of 345 colours, not all of these have pantone equivalents, however we will match where possible. In order to create the closest match, it would be necessary to be supplied with an item to match against such as stationery or an existing item.
Unfortunately, due to differences in display representation of colours between different systems, it not possible to match exactly against any graphics. To Top 7. Embroidery onto waterproof garmentsAlthough we can embroider onto waterproof garments, due to the nature of the embroidery process puncturing the material with a needle, the are of the embroidery will no longer be waterproof.

To Top 10. Can you add personalise an order with individual names per garment.We can personalise each garment with individual names.
To Top 11. What is the maximum size embroidery that can be stitched.For a single stitching a design can be up to a maximum of 38cm by 38cm. Larger designs can be stitched out if it is possible to split it into sections that can be pattern matched.
To Top 12. Can you provide samples for sizing purposes.We can supply garments for sizing purposes upon payment of a deposit that will be refunded when the garments are returned in a reusable state. Any garments that are not suitable for embrodiery will be charged.
To Top 13. Can you use an embroidery file from a different company.Depending upon the format of the file, we may be able to resuse it.
To Top 14. Can you supply items not shown in the catalogue.The catalogue shows only a small amount of items that we can supply, if you have specific requirements please contact us and we will endeaveour to do our best to meet your needs.
